How to install and adjust the clutch?

I need to install a clutch and how to adjust the clutch. Truck listed above is four wheel drive.

Here are a lot of guides that we have put together to help with this. Mostly because most of the manuals are not very helpful. They say things like "remove transmission" because they were written for trained mechanics and not the general public or even less trained mechanics.
