Horn not working properly

The horn does not work when you push it but it works when you lock the doors and the alarm.

This could be a number of things so we are going to need to run through this testing just to find out what the possible cause is. It could be a wiring issue, the clockspring, or the Smart Junction Box has failed.

In most cases this is a clock spring issue so I attached the process on how to replace that as well.
