Radio inoperable

Sometimes if all the documentation that came with the car is still there the code is with it. If not, then you will need to get the serial number of the radio and go to the Honda dealer. They can then look up the code. Sometimes they charge for this and other times they do it for nothing. I have found if I ask I might get charged but if my daughters or wife go they ask no questions and provide it for free. Get the code and write it in the owners manual for future reference.
