Had the battery disconnected to put in new headlight. After connected and started car, was unable to put in radio code for radio to work. Tried putting in the number with push buttons under radio, nothing. Tried turning car on, not starting engine and leaving that way for an hour to see if it would reset, nothing. Now it is showing ErrE.

You have entered the wrong code more than 3 times causing the radio to be locked. you need to disconnect the radio backup power source for an hour before it can accept the code again.
