1999 Honda Accord Radio code

The battery went dead on my 1999 Honda Accord and I have no idea what code to use to get the radio to work again. I just bought the car and it has a salvage title. Any ideas?

I have been asked to pay to get the code and so went to another dealership and chose a slow time like a Saturday morning and had my wife ask them for help. She was given the code for free. They look it up on the computer. Write it down.
