My friend unplugged my battery and when he plugged it back in my radio didn't work. It reads I have to put in a code in order for it to work. The problem is it's a used car and I don't have the manual for it so I'm not sure how to get my radio to work

You will need to get the serial number for the radio. It might be in the glovebox but if not you are going to have to pull the radio to get access to the back get the number. Then you will have to go to Honda and they will be able to give you the code. You may have to pay and they may ask for proof of ownership of the vehicle.
