In-Dash AC filter and how to replace it

I have a 1999 accord ex with 226 k miles and the 2.3L v-tec engine. I want to replace the ac filter in the passenger side dash. What is the easiest way to do this and can it be done by an amateur? Thanks for your prompt response

You need to remove the glove box and the freame for the glove box. The filter sets behind a narraow panel that pulls out, located in the air box.
