2002 Accord - 68,000 mi When air/heat is on level 1 or 2 no air blows out. When levels 3 and 4 are used, there are no problems with temp. Or air pressure. Please help as I am a single female, aka, a perfect target for getting ripped off!

The resistor for the blower motor is bad. Replace it and all speeds should work.
