2006 Honda Accord Dirty AC Filter

While having my oil changed at my dealer, he showed me my A/C Filter - it's filthy.`

I don't have the $79 to replace the A/C filter.

Is there a way I can clean it?

Hi there,

If this is the cabin air filter, you can knock the loose muck out by tapping it against the floor, and using compressed air carefully by air from back side to front as this will also help remove particles, use safety glasses and don't damage the paper element, this is only a stop gap, the filter should be replaced if bad.
