2004 Honda Accord No Power

I just tried the AC for the first time this season. When I turn on the fan control, there is no power evident. I then tried it in the Heat mode and again, I didn't hear or feel any flow. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I would check the AC 134A
make sure system have enough

My concern is that when I turn the fan on, either in AC/Heat mode - there is nothing! Dead! No flow, either in the cool or heating mode. Would checking the AC 134A remedy this and why would this 2004 car be leaking? Thank you.
