When toe in and out wheel alignment had been done propely and vehicle still pulls to one side, the other possibilities are,
1. Worn lower arm ball joints.
2. Worn steering rack end or tie rod end.
3. Worn upper arm bushes or ball joints.
4. Worn castor bar bushes.
Those are the things that you need to check.
