the vehicle stalls with the air conditioning on

Does it run rough with the a/c not on?

The compressor might be putting too much strain on the motor, if it's seized up.

Or it may be engine itself causing the problem. If the IACV cannot compensate for the a/c compressor being turned on, the vehicle might stall. Try doing a simple throttle body/IACV service first to see if that clears it up.

No it runs fine with the a/c off
