Recent services: Clutch about a year ago from Clutch Doctors and CV boot replaced a month ago. Oil changed today.

When driving the car, while decelerating in gear, the car makes a chirping noise that varies in noise level. 2nd and 3rd gear mostly... When I put the clutch in it stops after a second and if it's in neutral it's does not make the sound.

Clutch? Transmisstion? Not sure where to start.

Thank you for your help.

Sounds like a bearing to me. It may be hard to pin-point which bearing it is though. Sounds like an input shaft bearing to me. Either way, the transmission is going to have to be dropped.
