1995 Honda Accord

HI I need your help I just resently took my honda to the mechanic to have the clutch change and he did but now everything works good exept until I accelerate it doest accelerate as it use to it runs good until it hits 3 rpm it gets hard to accelerate. It does but in a slow motion. I took it back to my mechanic but he tell me it doest have to do with the clutch but it wasent doing that even when my clutch was bad I am 100 percent it has to do with somethin he did in the clutch job can someone please help me and tell me what he did wrong? Thank you
