Replaced: clutch pressure plate R&R included clutch disc and release bearing also outside labor to resurface flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, pilot brushing @ 52,000 miles

Car was towed to same mechanic because clutched burnt out so replaced: clutch pressure plate R&R, resurface flywheel, clutch set @ 94,000

Yesterday the clutch burnt out & car had to be towed car it now has 113,000.

What could be wrong? We are not sure we want to replace clutch again without finding out source of problem?

First make sure disc slides ok on tranny shaft. Put a small amount of grease on pilot bearing and tranny shaft. Make sure the release arm is not BENT and moves freely after it is installed in trans. Clutch wear is hard to diagnose due to the driver, some ride the clutch others don't make sure it is adjusted correctly as well
