My fuel pump is only working some times. I replaced the pump and I am still having problems with it. The car wont start and I cannot hear the pump.

Welcome to the forum, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check for voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector. My info also shows an oil pressure switch in the fuel pump circuit, if there is voltage to the switch and the switch is functional, once you crank it enough to bring up oil pressure and the switch closes, the pump will run, even without the relay. Also check ecm/bat fuse circuit for voltage, hot at all times.

I wanted to add, there should be a fuel pump test connector, under the hood, driverside, fender lining. A red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it. If you use a jumper wire with inline fuse from battery + to connector, the pump should run. Don't use the key, no need.
