1995 GMC Jimmy terrible gas mileage and bogs out on highway

Recently added muffler and tailpipe (broken off for about a year) as well as replaced fuel pump, but not filter. The vehicle reeks of gas when running and has horrible performance. Once in a while it does regain power for an hour or so. Getting about 150 km to a tank of gas.

Fuel pump and fuel filter are like p-nut butter and jelly...replace it.

What is the fuel pressure now at?
