Just after I got gas I was driving and my truck turned off. I pulled over and tried to turn it back on. It would not fire. Tried several times and no luck. I got pulled home and was told that it might be the fuel pump if so where is it and how do I fix it? If not what else could it be?

Welcome, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. If your TBI watch for an injector spray pattern. A spray pattern doesn't mean the pressure is ok. The pump is in the tank. With TBI system, pressure is around 10 psi.
