Does not want to start after removal of the engine and transmission

Hi I have a 2000 gmc jimmy 4wd it does not want to start after I have removed the engine and transmission and placed it back together. Just took out transmission and engine out of car placed them back together and my car does not want to start before I did all this it did

What repairs were performed?

Check for fuel pressure, spark and compression
