1991 GMC Jimmy It wont start

Hi I have a 91 jimmy and yesturday I went to the store got back into my truck and it didnt turn over the lights and radio came on and then everthing just die out. I turn the key again and nothing happen I waited for a few minutes and turn the key again and then the lights and stuff came on very dim I just lost my job a couple months ago and this truck is all I have please help !

Start with the battery getting it load tested if okay make sure its clean and properly tightened to include the cable clamps-If it continues could be one of the following below

Starter, starter relay, park and neutral position switch and ignition switch to include the alternator not charging the battery
