WONT START DOESNT "CLICK"

MY 91 S15 WONT START DOESNT "CLICK" LIKE ITS STARTER AND ITS WET UNDER THE AIR FILTER. IT ACTS LIKE IT WANTS TO START BUT IT JUST DOESN'T START. HELP PLEASE

I've had my jimmy for 3 years and i've been keeping up with the basic maintenance and routinely look for oil leaks and gas leaks. I also just changed the spark plugs and wires also changed oil.

The battery is brand new, I dont know if im having a hard time getting feul by my injectors or what.

What motor? Have you checkd fuel pressure?

Squirt some gas intake and see if it catches
