Purchased a car that was not running. The former owner thought it was a fuel pump. We have checked out the pump and it appears to be OK. We put power directly to the pump and it ran. When we check out the wires going to the pump we have no power but nothing appears to be wrong with the wiring. Could this be a computer problem that will not allow power through some relay? How do we check out a computer to know if it is alright?
