2003 Ford F-150 HARD STARTING WHEN HOT AND COLD

TRUCK RUNS GREAT ALL THE TIME, BUT HAVING A PROBLEM STARTING IT HOT AND COLD AND ALSO HAS PINGING NOISE.
HAVE ALREADY REPLACED THE AIR FILTER, FUEL FILTER, IAC, MASS AIR FLOW, AND ECT SENSOR.
CLEANED THE AIR INTAKE TEMP SENSOR AND TRUCK WAS BACK TO NORMAL----BUT ONLY FOR ONE DAY.
FIGURE IT HAS TO BE A SENSORANY SUGGESTIONS?

Check the fuel pressure-Could be low fuel pressure being caused by leaking injector/s and fuel pressure regulator-let me know
