Making a squeaking noise only when I turn the wheel

My ford f-150 is making a squeaking noise only when I turn the wheel to the right.I greased everything and the noise has not stopped I was thinking it is my ball joints but I am not sure

Hello,

This noise could be from worn tie rod end or control arm bushings.
Check the bushings for excess play.
Typically, when there is too much play in a bushing it will create noise as well as vibration. Since you only hear it when turning, it is likely the tie rod end bushings.
