Ford f150 1987 93kmiles v8 5.0L.

My truck has recently sat for about 3years without being ran and I have replaced quite a bit on it and it is finally up and running :).

but there is one last problem my truck squeaks in the front end. It starts when I hit about 10mph and squeaks all the way up to about 50 then it starts quietng abit. It is effected with speed. The faster I go the faster the squeak gets. Still squeaks when I put brakes on or when I dont have breaks on.
