2000 ford explorer 4dr eddie bauer driver side window wont go up, relay under dash clicks with auto down depressed, motor good and on tracks, fuses good too, what can it be, all other windows work

The window motor will have two wires to it and it grounds through its mount on the door. One wire runs the motor up the other down by switching polarity to the motor. My guess is you have a bad switch. Check for power in both wires to see if you get in at opposite times (up / down)
