How do I change the flasher fuse

How do I change the flasher fuse. It states it is under the steering column but I can not find it. I have had three people try to find where we change the fuse.

Your vehicle's turn signal and hazard flasher relay is indeed in the steering column. However, it is NOT a fuse, it is a relay. It should be a black or grey square with prongs coming out of the end.

The flasher relay is located under the steering column. I have attached diagrams shows the location. Also included a picture of what the relay looks like.
