How do I find and replace 4 way flasher

It is located in the front seating area, driver side, behind dash. It's mounted on steering column.

The flasher just unplugs and plugs in.

Hello, I'm Danny.

The hazard-turn signal flasher is located under the dash next to the steering column. I've attached a picture below for you and circled it in red. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
