1998 Ford Explorer Turn Signal

My turn signal is not working and I am trying to locate in my manual which fuse it is and the manual does not state which fuse to replace. Can you please let me know?

Check fuse #10 (7.5 amp) in the fuse panel located on driver's side end of instrument panel. If fuse is good then check signal flasher relay located in steering column.
