Heater problem
1997 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I am confused as my heater and a/c were working then all of a sudden they quit. Not sure where to start looking?

I have checked all the fuses and they are all OK. And the connection to the blower moter seems snug. Now what? Thanks in advance!

I'm assuming that your blower motor is not coming on. If you have a test light or volt meter I would check for power at the plug in for the motor. If power is present, then you have a bad motor. If there is no power at the plug, you would need to go backwards through the wiring to determine if it is a bad resistor (which alters voltage to the motor to change the speed), a bad relay, wiring, or switch.
