What was the reason for replacing other ones? Is the pump not coming on at all or is it not pumping enough pressure through system? Have you checked fuel pump relays?

What brand pump you using? Airtex and Carter are very poor quality and burn up quickly. Use the Ford recommended Motorcraft or Bosch pump. Also inspect wiring harness and test wires for shorts. How about that relay? Did you test it? It is located in engine bay fuse/relay block.

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Com!
