. Its making spark and can hear fuel pump spin up when turn the key.

Lets check the fuel pressure by actually hooking up a fuel pressure tester and reading it off and also check if the injectors are pulsing.

My truck won't start! It'll turn over but it won't catch. I can give it gas and it will idle, but as soon as I take my foot off the gas, it shuts off. Battery is good, new alternator within the last 3 weeks. My neighbor put it on the computer, but it wasn't showing any codes. He seems to think it's the IAC or EGR. I'm in a bind because I'm a single mother and have no other means of transportation!

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak some where in the intake system (between the air filter and where the air flows into the engine or intake manifold). Make sure all the rubber hoses are not cracked or disconnected from the intake. Pay attention to the back side of the intake closest to the passenger compartment or firewall.

Remove one of the coil packs and use a screw driver from the end to something metal on the motor for spark

fuel pressure is done with a gauge you can rent from a parts store.

I would start by retrieving the trouble codes, if there are any. One thing that I see semi-often is when there is a lean condition due to a vacuum leak, the power-train control module will compensate by adjusting the fuel trims in a positive manner to offset the vacuum leak, so when you reset the keep alive memory there is not enough fuel on a cold start situation to provide proper combustion, especially on a high mileage vehicle. I make a good living replacing intake gaskets on these engines because they are common and easy to do, and go out on every single one of these engines like clockwork. If the leak is bad enough you can carefully pout water over the intake and listen for the ominous slurp sound like you would hear from a movie theater when an annoying 5 year old finished their drink. Here are the instructions for the lower intake manifold, the upper will have to come off to get to this. This is in the event that your gaskets have failed, if there is no leak you will need to continue with diagnostics by letting un know if there were any trouble codes. Note that a hard fault will be present even when the PCM is reset and continuous codes i.E. Lean or rich codes will only be set after several drive cycles.

Lower
Lower Intake Manifold

Removal
1. Disconnect the fuel line spring lock coupling.
2. Remove the upper intake manifold.
3. Disconnect the fuel rail.
1 Disconnect the six fuel injector electrical connectors and wire harness locators.
2 Disconnect the fuel pressure damper vacuum line.

4. Remove the bolts and the lower intake manifold.

5. Remove the fuel rail.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Carefully separate the lower intake manifold from the fuel rail.
6. Remove the six fuel injectors from the lower intake manifold.
7. Remove and discard the gaskets if damaged.

Installation
1. Install the gaskets in the lower intake manifold.

2. CAUTION: Never use silicone grease. It will clog the fuel injectors.

NOTE: Inspect the fuel injector O-ring seals and install new O-ring seals if necessary.

Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with Super Premium SAE 5W-20 Motor Oil XO-5W20-QSP or equivalent, meeting Ford specification WSS-M2C914-A and install the fuel injectors into the lower intake manifold.

3. Install the fuel rail.
1 Position the fuel rail.
2 Install the four bolts.

4. Install the lower intake manifold assembly and tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.

5. Connect the fuel rail.
1 Position the wire harness locators and connect the six fuel injectors.
2 Connect the fuel pressure damper vacuum line.
6. Install the upper intake manifold.
7. Connect the fuel line spring lock coupling.

Only code that pops up is for MAF sensor nothing else. Before it was the oil sensor coil packs and MAF replaced oil sensor (oil got into a lot) and coils with tune up. I had my mechanic check it out he pushed my crankshaft sensor in and it fired up for 2 days then stopped. So I replaced crankshaft again and wires now no fire.

First can you give me the code number so I can look it up? There are several MAF codes.

Second, I assume you have narrowed this down to no spark? In case you haven't here is a guide to start checking things:
