Will not start and codes P1128, 422, 134 and 303

Something keeps dragging the battery down. I have checked the alternator and battery all good car. Wont start it has a p1128, 422,134 codes and 303. What do I do next to fix this car?

You have a few things happening here. First, does the starter engage and turn the engine? Have you checked for spark and for fuel pressure?

Next, the P1128 indicates a very lean fuel mixture. Basically, either the fuel pump isn't supplying enough pressure or there is a major vacuum leak. Here is a link dealing with finding a vacuum leak:

The P0422 deals with a catalytic converter issue. Was the vehicle lacking power prior to it not running?

The P0134 indicates bank 1 oxygen sensor 1 is not working. Check to see if it is unplugged or the wiring is damaged.
