Need to check for spark and fuel when it doesn't start and that should tell you where to go. It has a ignition module of some sort and a fuel pump that will cause the problem just have to know which way to go spark of fuel.

Thank you for your answer. I found the paper work for my car this is what it said check car for cause of crank no start found engine computer disabled not allowing the engine any fuel cleared codes and preformed reset procedure road teasted running normal. There was an egr code and will check at later date if needed. Do you know what that may intellectually and probable cost for something like this.I trying to help myself and cut cost because I just spent 700.00 on other things with car unrelated. I really appreciate your help thank you so much for your time

The cost is going depend on where you take it. With a VW I would recommend a VW dealer or VW shop or you could pay a lot more money with someone guessing. Vw is not like other cars and should be worked on those who work on them all the time or money will fly. I know it doesn't help with your problem but may save you some money.
