2003 Dodge Ram fuel pump

How are you testing it? When you turn on the ignition key the pump circuit is only energized for 3 seconds, what you need to do is have someone cranking the motor while you check for voltage, you should have 12 volts. Also try listening for pump as someone cycles the key on and off if you do not hear it try hitting on bottom of tank with RUBBER mallet while cranking and see if it energizes then, if so it is losing contact or ground and must be replaced.
