[1996 Dodge Ram B2500 Full-size conversion van]

Flash floods through mid-Wisconsin recently, I was driving home from work and didn't see a lake ahead of me. Water splashed into the intake and the van died. I didn't try restarting it, let it sit until the next day, when we came back.... plenty of water at the filter, so we removed the spark plugs and cranked it. Plugs were wet and water shot out. After about 5 minutes of intermittent cranking, we'd only get fuel mists out of all eight cylinders. Tried starting again, still wouldn't run, found the intake is full of water.

Any hope if I remove the intake manifold and dry it off? I have a Haynes manual to help me.

Video of it cranking:

It's getting a spark, it's getting fuel, and I'm assuming it's getting compression. Right now there's just no air because the intake is full of water
