1996 Dodge Ram 4 wheel drive problem

When I have it in 4 wheel drive it makes a noise when I am slowing down. The noise comes from the front right side. What could it be. Thanks for your help.

Hi:
Two things I would check, the front axle joints and the front brakes. Let me know if this helps.

I have the exact same problem with my 2001 Ram. The the front end squeak high and low noises when in 4WD and only when the truck is moving. No noises in 2WD or when the truck is not moving.
