1995 Dodge Neon wont start

I have a dodge neon, for some reason it wont start. Ive tried all the basic things like the starter, computer, what are some other things I should try? It doesnt turn over at all it might be a wiring thing but I dont kno where to start.

Have you checked the fuses and relay

Check the main ground wire from the battery to the frame. These grounds seem to be lite. It goes from the battery and attachs to the frame with the starter bolt. Fairly easy to see and fix if problem.

How did you check the neutral safety switch !
Do you have power in and power out

There is a wire on the starter called a fusable link if it burned out wa la no start. Hope this helps
