1995 Dodge Neon not starting

My neon will not start but will turn over and is getting fire to the plugs and is getting fuel but wil not even start. It has a small oil leak. What electrical plugs may get oil on them and not let it start

If you have spark and fuel pressure
you have to check spark plugs
and check compression
check fuses
check injector pulse
