Hey guys I got some issues with my van. When I turn on a/c or heater nothing happens no air but if I turn it on all the way up than it turns on. What could be causing this

I assume you mean the fan only runs on the highest setting. If that's correct, the internal thermal fuse in the resistor block is burned out. Most of the time replacement of the resistor assembly is all that's needed. If it burns out again in a few months, suspect the fan motor is getting tight causing it to draw excessive current.
