Air conditioning Condenser fan will not come, A/C blows cold till condernser heats up. Fan relay has been replaced. Both fans do come on as car heats up. What controls the condenser fan?

Ok well the fan is controlled buy fuse 106 (40 amp) in the under hood fuse relay box, then go to the cooling fan relay and to the fans. Fuse 106 is the continues power to the relay. The ac clutch relay is the switch power which is controlled by the powertrain control module on the left (drivers) front fender side shield. Hope this helps

So, what your saying is I might have a defective power control module? Since both fans do work as the engines hearts up.
