Cylinder head temperature sensor

When replacing the Cylinder head temperature sensor, will I need to add antifreeze when completed

Yes, I would just drain about a gallon out of it so that the level is below the head and the pressure is removed if there is any remaining. Then you will need to top it off when you replace it.
