Car cuts off after running for twenty minutes

After it cools for a while it will start and run for about twenty minutes and cuts off again.

Based on your description, it sounds like either you have a bad crankshaft position sensor or a bad fuel pump. When it stalls, does it feel like the key was turned off or does it feel like it's running out of gas?

Take a look through this link. It discusses the symptoms of a bad crankshaft position sensor. See if it seems to mirror your issue.
