2001 Mitsubishi Galant Car died while driving and won't sta

Car started up fine and drove 2 miles away and made a right turn and the car died. Checked the oil and there was only a drop on the dipstick. Added two quarts of oil. It will crank but will not start. I have looked for an automatic fuel pump relay switch but cannot find one. Both the fuel pump and the fuel filter are in the fuel tank. What else could be the problem?

When you put key in On position do you hear the fuel pump for a few secs. If so do below

Check the fuel system pressure with a gauge and report back your readings before we go the next phase to troubleshoot this problem.
