It either moves it up about 100-200 or it does not?

Is the engine cranking fast enough? not like a dead battery?

You need spark, fuel pressure and compression to run.

Can you test for spark while cranking?

Can you hear the fuel pump run?

The battery did sound a little weak.
When I turned the key on I heard the pump kick on.

Okay, you need to verify spark and fuel pressure.

Try spraying some starter fluid into the air filter and see if it starts and stalls.

When I put in the crankshaft sensor it was really loose. And there is oil all over the ground. Is there something I can put around it so it's tight?

You may have made the hole too big.

You may have to add an oring at the end.

Would that make it not start?
With it not having a tight seal around the hole.

No, that is for the leak only.

As I stated before, did you check fuel pressure and spark?

Okay, for the third time, you need to check for fuel and spark and find out what is missing.

We will deal with the codes when we find out what is missing for starting.
