Cranks no start

Truck listed above is a 1500 5.3L vortec stalled on me last Saturday. I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, and coils and the truck doesn't want to start. I have fuel at the shrader valve an I have spark so what else could be keeping it from running?

Good afternoon,

I would start by checking the compression if you have fuel and spark to be sure the timing chain has not slipped.

Can you test the actual fuel pressure? You need to be sure the proper pressure is at the fuel rail.

It has compression and I pushed the shrader valve in with a small screw driver and fuel sprayed out. As far as the radiator but I do not have a tester to test just how much pressure I actually have.

You can rent a tester at a part store that will hook to the port and give you the pressure.

What was the compression?

When you crank the engine does the tachometer move up a little?

Is the check engine light on?

If I remember correctly it was like 123 to 126 and yes the tachometer moves up a little and the check engine light is on.

Compression is low.
