This was when I tried to start it. Of note is it still kept cranking for a second or two after I released the key. Almost started. What’s next, take lifter covers off and check for all valves moving?

Yep, you can tell you still have cylinders with no/low compression. I would remove the valve cover on the side with the compression issue to see if the rockers to see if on the compression stroke the rockers are holding the valves open, if so the valve job was not done correctly and the valve height is incorrect.

Hi, I pulled the valve cover off on bank one and I can slightly wiggle the rockers on the cylinders with low compression when in compression stroke. Can’t move them at all when they are opening valves.

Yep, that sounds normal, it must be the cylinder walls causing the low compression. Did the engine overheat before you began the work?

No it didn’t. Adding oil increase cylinders 1&3 30 psi and 15 respectively. See earlier data. 5 only went up 10 psi with oil so surprised by that. Any other ideas to try next. 5 cylinders have good compression so it should start?

Yes, tried starting fluid this afternoon and was not close to starting. It is close to starting without the starting fluid. Maybe I need to get the exhaust flanges looser? What next?
Thanks

So I got the 3rd bolt on passenger side exhaust loose, so the passenger side was entirely loose. And I got 1 of 2 on the drivers side loose. Still would not start.
Changed battery, cranked a little better but would not start.
Sprayed starting fluid in and it would not start until I put the pedal to the floor, then it started. I'll send video of it running in a minute from my phone. While it was idling, went to the exhaust pipe and barely anything coming out.
Turned it off and tried to restart it. It would not start including with pedal to the floor. Sprayed starting fluid in and it started again when I had the pedal to the floor.
So some progress, but not there yet because it won't start by itself without starting fluid and the pedal wide open. I'm going to bring a butane torch from home and heat the last exhaust bolt up to try and get it loose, liquid wrench and impact driver have not been able to loosen it. Do you think the catalytic converters are both clogged and because I haven't gotten the driver's side loose yet, it's preventing it from starting on its own? Or something else?

Yep, it sounds like it is clogged, this can be the problem, besides the low compression.

Do you know if there are "straight pipes" that anyone makes to eliminate the converters?

I am not sure, I would do a google search on the pipe but try and get the pipe loose first to see if that is the problem.
