one day I was driving and all power shut off in the middle of making a turn.
i then went to start it and it cranked but would not start.
i thought I was out of gas cause my gauge does not work, but it was not the problem either.
i had a friend put in a new fuel injection but it still did the same
i had just got a brand new battery so it was not that either.
i am clueless, also a mother of three so I really have no money to pay these high priced "mechanics".
thanks v.B

Try having your auto shutdown relay check

I just had the identical problem - I lifted the rear end to redo the rear brakes, and the car refused to start thereafter. I thought I triggered the anti-theft and had it towed to the dealer - The fuel pump was the culprit! (170K miles - did not ow me anything, but I could have done it myself much much cheaper if I had known!) Car runs fine now, $600 later!
