Car won't start

When trying to start my 1998 chrysler sebring convertible I get no crank and oly the dash brakelight and odometer lights up. What could be the problem?

The car not cranking can be caused by a few things.
1) The battery. Is it fully charged?
2) The battery cables. Are they clean and tight?
3) The starter. Could be defective or have a open wire feeding it.
4) A fuse. Check all fuses make sure they are good.
Check all of the above and you should find your cause for the car not cranking.
