I wash my car and then it won't start?

Hi, I have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. When I wash my car and try to start it after it won't turn over right away. Something seems to be getting wet and causing problems when starting. What do you think this could be?

The ignition has to be getting wet. You did not say if you go to a carwash or wash it by hand or if it does this when it rains.
